Apologies again for my lack of blog posts recently. I have been completing an internship at a fashion agency in Dublin and have also recently suffered a family bereavement and therefore, unfortunately, the blog has had to take a back seat. However I'm back now with a small selection of street style looks which have caught my eye. The main look which seems to hold my attention at the moment is a tailored ensemble. Be it a simple structured shirt tucked into a pair of high waisted skinny jeans, or a full on tailored blazer teamed with slim fitting trousers, any outfit which incorporates subtle elements of tailoring for me just epitomises effortless elegance.
This watch/bow combo belt when combined with the brocade detailing on the coat sleeves gives this outfit a distinctly vintage edge. I adore it - accessorising at its best.
Maybe its an apt reflection of my dismay at the lack of summer that I still am rocking black clothing to the best of my ability. Black on black is sometimes viewed as a rather boring choice but can be anything but with the right mix of textures - these looks are two of my favourite.
And now to embrace this wintry weather with a splash of colourful knitwear.
P.S. Some interesting news to come..........................stay tuned.................................
